A Study On Countermeasure Of Communist Youth League Promoting Youth Entrepreneurship Based On The Analysis Of Service Demand

In the course of national development,employment is not only related to social stability,but also affects economic development.Whether a country's employment problem can be well solved directly affects the stability of the national political situation and the development of the national economy.At present,young people account for a large proportion of the employment group in our country.However,nowadays,the employment situation faced by China's youngster is becoming more and more serious.Therefore,how to solve the employment problem and raise the employment rate of young people is an urgent problem for our government departments.For young people are creative and have great entrepreneurial potential,the related department of our government can encourage and guide young people to start their own businesses when solving the employment problem.It can not only effectively solves the problem of youth employment,but also improve the employment quality of youth.However,as the shallow social experience of youth,the non-maturity of mass entrepreneurship theory in our country,non-established effective guarantee mechanism for entrepreneurship by government,and the lack of relevant laws and regulations,leads to the low success rate of youth self-employed in China.At present,the Communist Youth League Organization has created great communication bonds between the party and the youth.In the process of historical development,the Communist Youth League,as the reserve of our Party,has made outstanding contributions for the party's development and also play a huge part in guiding the youth employment.Our government departments have promulgated corresponding policies to promote youth self-employment,and given policy subsidies in the process of entrepreneurship.The Communist Youth League organizations have actively listed the policy as a priority of their work,and made the corresponding progress in the process of implementation.However,through in-depth analysis of Chinese youth employment status,we can see that there are still some problems in promoting youth employment in the Communist Youth League,such as the difficulty of applying for subsidies in the process of entrepreneurship,which seriously restricts the development of youth self-employment.Aim at the problem,this paper digs deeply into the service demand of youth entrepreneurship,explores and analyses the shortcomings in promoting youth entrepreneurship,further improvement measures to promote youth entrepreneurship and suggestions to improve the work of the Communist Youth League organizations are put forward.The main advantages of this study are as follows: firstly,the data by the Communist Youth League organizations in this paper are true and comprehensive;secondly,this paper does further research on some model cases to make the results more convincing;thirdly,analyses the specific problems encountered by the Communist Youth League in its current development process,and put forward a feasible solution.Therefore,it is easy to implement.
