Research On The Countermeasures Of Jilin Provincial Government To Solve The Vocational Skills Training Of Migrant Workers In The Process Of Urbanization

With the social and economic development of our country,the process of urbanization is speeding up gradually.Under the background of industrial restructuring,there is a new trend of urban labor force.The number of rural surplus labor force pouring into cities is increasing day by day,and a huge group of migrant workers is formed in cities.However,in the process of urbanization,the demand for migrant workers tends to be stringent,and the traditional manual labor-based model has changed accordingly.The demand for skilled personnel in the current urban development is increasing.Therefore,in order to improve the employment of migrant workers,it is necessary to strengthen vocational skills training.In recent years,the vocational skill training of peasant workers in China has been gradually improved.Under the leadership of the government,vocational education focusing on cultivating new peasants has attracted the attention of all sectors of society,and has made a series of achievements in continuous practice.Through this way,the government reduces the employment pressure in society,improves the professionalism of peasant workers‘work,and makes it meet the requirements of modern social development.As the main province and city of agricultural development,the quality of its own migrant workers is the pillar of the local economy,which has a vital impact on the overall construction planning of Jilin Province.Especially in recent years,with the rapid development of Jilin Province and the acceleration of urban extension,more and more migrant workers have entered the city to work.As a special group under this background,migrant workers are difficult to meet the requirements of the labor force in the process of urbanization development,so the employment problem has attracted much attention.Facing this phenomenon in Jilin Province,it is necessary to improve the professional level and technical level of migrant workers through vocational skills training,so as to meet the urban development standards under the adjustment of economic system,or to say that the adjustment of economic system requires migrant workers to carry out vocational skills training.Therefore,in the process of new urbanization construction,the issue of vocational skills training for migrant workers is studied.It is imperative to investigate,but in this process,the government of Jilin Province needs to play its own regulatory and guiding role in regulating the market mechanism.This paper mainly studies the local government's Countermeasures in the vocationalskills training of migrant workers.It focuses on the responsibility orientation of Jilin Province government in the vocational skills training of migrant workers,and analyses the problems existing in the vocational skills training of migrant workers in Jilin Province.On this basis,it clarifies the factors that cause the problems and provides the basis for solving the problems.At the same time,through the successful experience research at this stage in China,this paper puts forward the direction that Jilin Province should take in the process of peasant workers' vocational skills training,and finally puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problem of peasant workers' vocational skills training in the process of urbanization,which lays the foundation for sustainable employment and fundamentally solves the problem of peasant workers' vocational skills training.
