Research On Problems And Countermeaswrs Of Ocupational Skills Training To Migrant Workers

The moving of peasants to non-agricuture is both the necessary result of economic development and the necessary condition for further economic development.The cause of building socialism with Chinese characteristics is going to experience this historic preocess,and the positive effect of migrant workers has been agreed by many people. The thesis ,first of all, focuses on the background of this project as well as its importance and then states the research results made in the past. Secondly, the thesis defines and investigates the relative concepts and theories about the migrant workers'occupational training. Thirdly, the thesis analyzes the the peasants'current occupatioal training from three aspects: the government, training institutions and migrant workers. Finally, on the basis of training education experience of farm laborer transfer in the developed countries such as England,America,Germany and Japan, the thesis, according to China's conditions, puts forward some countermeasures to the improve the migrant workers'occupational training, such as strengthening leadership to clarify responsibilities and objectives, innovating the input system raising money in various ways, and reforming the training mechanism to improve the training efficiency.
