Research On Vocational Training Of New Generation Migrant Workers In The Reform Of The Supply Side

The new generation migrant workers need to improve their vocational skills and achieve stable employment,which is not only the need of sustained and high-quality economic development,but also the need of supply side structural reform.This topic is closely related to the hot issue of the supply side structural reform and focuses on the new generation migrant workers,Through the investigation of vocational training of the new generation migrant workers in Shanxi Province,It adopts the literature research method and interview method to sort out the current situation of vocational skills training of the new generation migrant workers and the training achievements and experience of Shanxi Province.It combines qualitative and quantitative analysis and case study method to analyze the imbalance between supply and demand of vocational skills training aimed for the existing problems.In order to enhance the attention of all walks of life to the professional training of the new generation migrant workers in practice,through the efforts of the government,society,enterprises and individuals to achieve the promotion of the employment ability of the new generation migrant workers,alleviate the employment difficulties and the shortage of skilled workers,and make a contribution to the promotion of manufacturing industry innovation and development of China's urbanization.This paper is divided into the following four chapters to discuss in detail.The first chapter is about the opportunities of vocational training for the new generation migrant workers in the reform of the supply side.Based on the definition of the supply side and the new generation migrant workers,this paper analyzes the basic characteristics of the new generation migrant workers which leads to the fact that in the the supply side,the redundant the modern workers calls for training urgently,and plenty of high skilled talents,which points out the direction of vocational training.The second chapter,taking Shanxi Province as an example,illustratesthe achievements and experience of the new generation migrant workers' vocational training in the reform of the supply side.By understanding the vocational training of the new generation migrant workers in Shanxi Province,this chapter sums up the achievements and experience of the province in order to promote the practice in the country,offering help for strengthening the vocational training of the new generation migrant workers.The third chapter analyzes the difficulties faced by the new generation migrant workers' vocational training,from the perspective of the willingness of vocational training,training content,time limit setting,the imbalance between supply and demand of evaluation standards,also from the side of he the new generation migrant workers,the government,social organizations to explore the reasons in order to facilitate various,in-depth and more effective solutions to vocational training problems.The fourth chapter is to strengthen the new generation migrant workers' vocational training in the reform of the supply side.Combined with my work practice,I put forward some targeted suggestions from three aspects: First,improve the training policies and regulations,and provide policy guarantee;Second,the government further transforms the government's functions by giving full play to the market role,selecting the best training institutions,integrating the management institutions,building information platforms,and establishing scientific evaluation standards;Third,the enterprise strengthens the guidance planning,the training institutions improve the training quality,the non-governmental organizations participate,and mobilize social forces to reduce the number of the new generation migrant workers.Fourthly,the new generation migrant workers can realize self-improvement by clarifying their vocational needs,improving their social adaptability and enhancing their sense of social responsibility.
