Study On The Role Of Government In The Construction Of Characteristic Town Project

"Urban disease" has forced new development.The urbanization road of high-speed development also brings "urban disease",such as population expansion,traffic congestion,environmental deterioration,housing tension,employment difficulties and so on.It is not suitable for large cities to live,but some small towns with suitable population,good traffic,good environment and good facilities become a new choice.These social problems give us a warning signal,carefully thinking how to make people more "happy",how to better achieve the improvement of urban quality,and how to better the development of the road to become a top priority.At present,the voice of reform focusing on the new urbanization has been gradually moving from eighteen to the central economic work conference.The "characteristic town" first mentioned in Zhejiang is not the "town" on the administrative division unit,but also different from the industrial park and the scenic area.It is relatively independent of the urban area.According to the concept of innovation,coordination,green,open and shared development,it focuses on the information economy,environmental protection,health,tourism,fashion,finance and high level of Zhejiang.Seven new industries such as end equipment and other industries will integrate the development platform of industry,culture,tourism and community functions.In this paper,the functions and functions of the government in the construction of the special town in the construction process of the international slow city of Yuhu Town,the functions of the government of Yuhu town and the existing problems in the construction of the project are sought and discussed.Compared with the traditional urban modernization,the development and construction of small towns in China are becoming more and more important,but what role the government should play in this process is still worthy of discussion.How can the government improve its own construction,play a positive role in the construction of small towns,and how to build a co governance mode of cooperative governance between the government and NGOs?
