Logistics Department of Grass-roots Procuratorates is an organization that provides services and guarantees for procuratorial functions within procuratorial organs.Among them,the quality of logistic service determines whether the procuratorial work can develop steadily or not.Under the background of the modernization of national governance advocated recently,logistics management should also be carried out in accordance with the principle of "scientific management and modernization of security".The grass-roots logistics management department is an important part of the grass-roots people’s procuratorates.Especially in the case of heavy tasks and lack of personnel,how to do logistics management well according to its own characteristics is a topic worthy of attention.Logistics management of grass-roots procuratorial organs,as an important part of the work of grass-roots procuratorial organs,provides a solid guarantee for grass-roots procuratorial organs to carry out various procuratorial work.Especially in the context of the new era,the grass-roots procuratorial organs to build a new type of procuratorial organs,grass-roots procuratorial logistics management department is particularly important.Being in the important position of "pulling one hair to move the whole body".In recent years,the Chinese government has gradually realized the importance of logistics management of grass-roots procuratorial organs,and the whole political and legal system has gradually strengthened its support for logistics management of grass-roots procuratorial organs.For example,the western region will allocate special funds for infrastructure construction of grass-roots procuratorial organs,establish a system of emergency material reserve allocation,and promote the completion of police equipment of grass-roots procuratorial organs throughout the country.Local grass-roots procuratorial organs are also actively strengthening the logistics management of local grass-roots procuratorial organs,and have achieved remarkable results.However,at this stage,there are still many deficiencies in the logistics management of grass-roots procuratorial organs.In this regard,we must take relevant measures to improve the logistics management of grass-roots procuratorial organs,so as to provide solid and stable guarantee for grass-roots internal and external work.Due to the huge and complex content of the logistics management of thegrass-roots procuratorial organs,this paper has limited space,and only studies the more important content of the logistics management of the grass-roots procuratorial organs.Combining with the national background,this paper makes strategic thinking and puts forward basic ideas for improvement to ensure the responsibility of grassroots procuratorial organs to maintain social stability and national security.In this paper,the core work of logistics management of grass-roots procuratorial organs under the new situation is taken as the research object,and combined with the relevant logistics management theory research,the basic ideas of improving the logistics management of grass-roots procuratorial organs are put forward.Firstly,this paper outlines the definition,connotation and characteristics of the logistics management of grass-roots procuratorial organs,and the views of scholars such as the development process,achievements and mode of the reform of the logistics management of grass-roots procuratorial organs.On the basis of this theory,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the current situation of logistic work of grass-roots procuratorial organs.It is concluded that the main problems existing in the logistics of grass-roots procuratorial organs are unclear functions,mutual prevarication of work,low efficiency of logistics management and confusion of fixed assets management,which to some extent restrict the further development of the logistics management of grass-roots procuratorial organs.At present,a new round of government reform is under way.How to take this opportunity to promote the improvement and development of the logistics management of grass-roots procuratorial organs is particularly critical.Therefore,based on my own work,combining theory with practice,through the analysis of the causes of the existing problems,the author points out that the logistics management of grass-roots procuratorial organs urgently needs to carry out a deep-seated reform of the logistics of grass-roots procuratorial organs.The paper puts forward some policy suggestions for reference,such as deepening the reform of logistic organization of grass-roots procuratorial organs,optimizing team building and scientific management of personnel,standardizing the budget and financial accounting of logistic management services,and standardizing the management of fixed assets.
