The Study On Problems And Countermeasures Of Rural Social Management In Yiyang City

With the process of urban and rural development in China,the construction of new socialist countryside has been deepening and the social status has become active.The lagging rural social management system is no longer adapting to the rapid development of China's economy and the changes in social structure caused by it.There has been a series of problems.In China,agriculture is the first industry,the farmers are the largest groups,the rural areas are the most grassroots communities,strengthen rural social construction and management,improving the basic public service level of rural residents,ease the rural social contradictions,the cause of the socialist construction of the overall situation.Therefore,it is an important task for the government and academia to perfect and innovate the rural social management system and promote the harmony and stability of the rural society.Yiyang City,as the northern part of Hunan Province,rural agricultural agglomeration area,strengthen the rural social construction and management tasks highlight the heavy.This paper taked the streets of Yilong Mountain in Yiyang City as an example,had walking into the countryside,visited the local social management in the field,summarized the present situation of the rural social management,and analyzed the existing problems of the rural social management in China and put forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions according to the problem.Through the analysis,we can see that the Longshan street has achieved remarkable results in social management,mainly in the agricultural efficiency and farmers' income,cultivating the rural social organization,perfecting the construction of the grassroots democratic self-government system and improving the rural community construction,and promote the harmonious development of rural areas.But there are some problems,mainly in the following areas: Although the cultivation of rural social organizations,but some of the social organization development is not perfect;Apart of the village to support public management and service financial weak;Grassroots cadres the public awareness is not strong;The villagers autonomy of the main public participation to be improved;Grass-roots cadres face new problems solving capacity is lacking.And then in the next rural management development process to change the model to crack the constraints of rural social management;increase investment in public goods,public services;innovative social management,focusing on solving the fundamental problems affecting the sense of security,and effectively solve Farmers' new problems;the establishment of "four in one" village governance mechanism to expand grassroots democracy.
