The State Council issued the "Implementation Plan for Promoting the Reform of Administrative Services",which stipulates that the provincial e-government online transaction rate is at least 80%,and the city and county level is at least 50%.Therefore,governments at all levels are committed to e-government construction and actively build an integrated government service platform.Revise the official website,develop new media such as clients,Weibo,and public numbers,improve the level of e-government public services,and transform to a service-oriented government to meet the needs of the public for public services.The official website of the Longshan County Government has been revised and repeatedly linked to the “ Guangzhou Excellent Government Website ”,and has quickly developed the “I am Longshan” WeChat public number,the “Longshan County Portal ” Weibo,and the Longshan County Government Service Client.The government departments and townships not only have sub-sites,but also apply for their corresponding WeChat subscription numbers;and Xiangxi is the first place for precision poverty alleviation and is representative in the western region.The construction process of e-government in Longshan County is divided into two stages: start-up and development.There is no adjustment and reform stage,because this stage is mainly the construction of county-level media.At present,the Longshan County Government is working with Longshan TV Station to design and integrate media;from the perspective of communication Analysis,there are many shortcomings in the construction of e-government in Longshan County: lack of user thinking,difficulty in information sharing,lack of professional talents,poor matching of service supply and demand,low service efficiency,low citizen participation,and low citizen satisfaction.These problems have been severely reduced.Government service level.The existence of these problems is mainly caused by a series of economic,talents,and concepts caused by the “ digital divide ”,and the lack of innovative and diffuse thinking among leaders in the construction of e-government,resulting in insufficient audience and construction.Based on these problems,the optimization strategy is proposed: learn from the model of “ Shanghai,China ”;improve service functions and improve service level;strengthen top-level design,effectively integrate resources;establish service concept to meet the needs of the masses;improve government website,develop mobile government;Performanceevaluation system;build county-level integration media to improve service efficiency.
