Study On Problem Countermeasures Of Rural Human Settlement Environment Management In Gangdian Street,Wafangdian City

The 14th Five-Year Plan period is the first five-year period for riding the momentum to embark on a new journey of comprehensively building a modern socialist country and march toward the second centenary Goals.For national rejuvenation,rural areas must be revitalized.Clear waters and green mountains are not only natural and ecological wealth,but also social and economic wealth.To improve the rural living environment and protect the ecological environment is to accumulate strength and momentum to promote China’s high-quality development.Since the 18 th National Congress of the CPC,the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core has made major decisions on improving the rural living environment from a strategic and overall perspective,and provided action guidelines and work guidelines.Subsequently,from the central to local governments,we have issued a rural living environment improvement policy and a three-year action plan.In the No.1document of the CPC Central Committee,the Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Comprehensively Promoting Rural Revitalization and Accelerating Agricultural and Rural Modernization in 2021,it is pointed out that the five-year campaign to improve the rural living environment should continue to implement.In recent years,Wafangdian Gangdian Street has actively promoted the improvement of rural living environment,greatly improving the appearance of the area.Although with the promotion and implementation of various remediation measures,compared with the previous dirty and messy situation,the rural living environment has been greatly improved,it is also an indisputable fact that there are various difficulties and many problems in the specific implementation of various measures.Based on the theory of living environment and multiple governance theory,this paper studies the current situation of the improvement of literature research method,questionnaire investigation method and interview method.By collecting,sorting out and reading a large number of literature,the author studied the current research status of relevant theories and scholars at home and abroad,fully understood the viewpoint achievements of scholars at home and abroad,and laid a research foundation.Through access to documents,questionnaire survey,exchange and interviews with relevant personnel,the main contents and specific measures of rural living environment improvement in Gangdian Street and Wafangdian City and the renovation results were further studied and analyzed,and the existing problems were found.Through the improvement investigation,found that post street rural living environment improvement has achieved a lot of results,but there are still the villagers participate in consciousness is not strong,single,infrastructure use inefficient,lack of long-term problems,analysis of its reasons,the author thinks the subject is insufficient attention to living environment improvement,did not form the whole society joint regulation,insufficient funds and using inefficient and improvement mechanism is not perfect.The author believes that in view of the above problems,it can be tried to solve them by improving the understanding of and participating in the ability of living environment improvement,establishing a perfect system and mechanism,strengthening financial guarantee and the establishment of a long-term mechanism of rural living environment improvement.The author hopes that through the study of this problem,we can find the problems existing in the improvement of Gangdian Street in the countryside of living environment,and provide some reference for Gangdian Street and areas with comparable development level to improve the production and living conditions of farmers and speed up the shortcomings of rural living environment.
