Study On The Construction Of The Prevention System Of College Campus Fraud From The Synergistic Governance

At present,college campus fraud is rampant,students suffer,as the administrators of the school also racked their brains,constantly put forward various preventive measures.But college campus fraud is a multi-faceted problem,such as students,schools,governments,society,its governance and prevention need to cooperate with each other,so it is urgent to build a college campus fraud prevention system.Through the investigation of university students in Ningbo city,it is found that about 60 % of the students in the school have direct or indirect contact fraud,which is mainly based on mobile phone and computer as media of telecommunications fraud and network fraud,so communication and network is the key area of campus fraud prevention system.Combined with the survey and interview results,the system of campus fraud prevention in our country can be started from the following aspects:In terms of legal protection,we should promulgate special laws such as the Campus Security Law as soon as possible and implement the prevention of telecommunications and network fraud.In the area of social environmental governance,the public security organs,schools and the general public are integrated,we should thoroughly crack down on all kinds of fraudulent activities and manage the social environment.In school management,we should improve the mechanism of school safety management,actively communicate and cooperate with the public security organs,crack down on campus fraud,and pay attention to the psychological reconstruction of cheated students.At the student level,the first should form a home school linkage mechanism,the second student should raise the awareness of prevention,overcome the psychological weakness of greed and small profit,actively understand various fraudulent means,do a good job of personal information protection.Under the cooperation of government,public security organs,universities,families and students,the system of campus fraud prevention can provide students with all-around protection,and at the same time play a role in preventing and managing campus fraud.
