A Research On The Management And The Construction Of The Prevention And Control System Of The College Campus Security

The development of the prevention and control system of social security is the inevitable choice for preventing crimes, maintaining social stability, and establishing a comprehensive management model of social security in China. Further strengthening the construction of prevention and control system of social security, maintaining social stability is not only closely connected with the peace and stability of society and the development of reform, but also of great significance for the promotion of constructing a harmonious and peaceful society. What's more, it is also a major task for strengthening a comprehensive management of social security under the new situation. At present, higher education in China is faced with good development environment and opportunities both internally and externally, prompting all the colleges and universities to seize opportunities, deepen reform, and expand development. Consequently, it is of great importance for the colleges and universities to build a safe and harmonious campus environment, to make exploration and research for the prevention and control system of the security of university campus, to constantly deepen the construction of secure campus, and to safeguard the security and stability of campus. The paper discusses the background, purpose, significance and the necessity of construction of the prevention and control system of college campus security, focusing on the current difficulties and problems existing in the security system. Taking the H university as an example, this paper also makes a deep analysis of the current situation of the system and then puts forward the corresponding suggestions and measures to explore the new countermeasures for the management of the system and make the management of campus safety systematic, and complete.The main innovation of this article lies in the following two aspects. Firstly, this paper connect the theory with practice(comprehensive periodical)in order to provide necessary theoretical reference for politician and lawyers and for the security and stability of the college campus. Secondly, the article adopts the method of empirical study by carrying out on-the-spot investigation in some colleges and universities to collect raw data and analyzing the status quo of the current situation of the construction and management of prevention and control system of college campus security. By means of collecting information and analyzing data, focusing on the existing difficulties and problems in the system, this paper put forward not only some favorable suggestions for the development of the system but also some concrete and effective measures for the implementation of it.
