Research On Collaborative Campus Security Governance Of Guizhou Electronic Commerce Vocational And Technical Colleg

The campus security is the foundation of all educational activities.The campus safety management is an important foundation for the development of vocational colleges.It is well know that the campus safety management is made up by two parts: One is college departments,another part is outside forces.So the vocational schools collaborate with outside forces is the best way to keep campus security and stability.Therefore,the research on collaborative governance of vocational colleges’ campus safety has practical significance and value.The paper researched the collaborative governance of the vocational colleges’ campus security based on The governance theory,The collaborative governance theory,The risk society theory and The emergency management theory.From the interview with staffs of college and government,I knew the current situations of collaborative governance of campus security in Guizhou E-commerce Vocational College.Including the organizational system,operation mechanism,emergency response and practical difficulty.I chose four classical cases to analysis,including unnatural death,suicide,depressive disorder and 2022 epidemic prevention.It was concluded that there were mainly problems in the collaborative governance of campus security in Guizhou E-commerce Vocational College,such as The imperfect organization and management system of cooperative governance,The unclear distribution of responsibilities,The outdated management mode of campus security,The weak cooperative consciousness.Finally,in order to improve the level of collaborative governance of vocational colleges’ campus safety,I made some constructive suggestions from three aspects: Improving the organizational system of collaborative governance,Clarifying the collaborative governance relationship between right and responsibilities and Improving the guarantee system of collaborative governance.
