The Research On Public Opinion Management Of Police-related Network In Quanzhou Public Security Bureau

With the rapid development of the 4G era,mobile Internet plays a more and more important role in the process of public opinion fermentation in many emergencies and public issues.The network has become the battlefield where public opinions develop,showing new characteristics and development trend.As a state public security administration and criminal judicial power,public security organs are often placed on the cusp.Besides,with a wide range of police affairs and a large scope of authority,a little carelessness in the work will easily form a public hot spot and trigger the crises of police-related public opinions.Therefore,the management of police-related public opinions is a symbol of the science,progress and maturity of modern police service.It is also an inevitable requirement for the construction of a harmonious society in China.The police-related public opinions in Quanzhou in recent years are generally relatively stable,but the increasing complexity of the social situation and the unending changes of the mobile internet have also urged Quanzhou public security organs to continue to explore new ideas and strategies to improve the ability of police-related public opinion management.Taking Quanzhou public security as an example,this paper uses the methods of literature research and case analysis,4R theory of crisis management and agenda setting theory,combined with empirical analysis,to analyze the current situation of police-related public opinion management in Quanzhou Public Security Bureau from the four stages of reduction,early warning,response and recovery.Through the research,it is found that due to insufficient attention to the crisis of network public opinion,unclear understanding of the current situation of the development of network public opinion,inadequate capacity of public opinion disposal,and incompatibility between the quality of the team and the requirements of network public opinion disposal,the implementation of mechanism plans in public opinion management of Quanzhou public security organs is poor,the ability of early warning and judgment needs to be improved,and the level of public opinion response is limited.Experience summary and image maintenance are not satisfactory.On this basis,this paper attempts to put forward several suggestions: strengthening the ability of avoiding negative public opinion of police-related networks in the reduction stage;expanding the channels of information collection in the early warning stage to improve the level of crisis judgment;grasping the key points of public opinion guidance in the response stage,optimizing the ability of agenda setting and emphasizing the improvement of media literacy of all police;establishing the mechanism of public opinion tracking and reflection in the recovery stage,and strengthening the level of crisis judgment.The application of financial media creates a good image of public security.The purpose of this paper is to explore the coping mechanism and Countermeasures of the police-related network public opinion management which can meet the requirements of the new era,in order to promote the continuous improvement of the police-related network public opinion management in Quanzhou.
