Research On The Governance Of Police-related Network Public Opinions

Today’s China is a changing China,and the reform is entering the deep water area.Today’s Chinese public is a group of anxious groups.With the redistribution of interests,various contradictions are prominent.Because of its duty,the public security organs must contact with social contradictions and interest groups directly in such a complex changing environment,and accept the supervision of the masses at all times.In recent years,the high incidence of public opinion involving police network has greatly damaged the image of public security organs,and also brought passivity to public security work.With the rapid development of the Internet,there are new changes in the dissemination and development of public opinion related to the police network,which poses a new challenge to the public security organ’s response capacity.It is of great practical significance to strengthen the research on public opinion involving police network of public security organs and strengthen the ability of guidance and disposal for maintaining social stability,creating a legal atmosphere and building a socialist country ruled by law.This paper uses literature analysis,case analysis and other research methods,combined with 4R crisis management theory and silence spiral theory,to analyze the current problems of public opinion governance involving police network from the four stages of reduction,early warning,response and recovery,including:outdated law enforcement concept,law enforcement environment to be improved;early warning is not found in time,analysis and judgment capacity is insufficient;response mechanism is not perfect,The countermeasures are simple and crude;the public opinion can not be tracked continuously,and the problem of image restoration is not paid attention to.On this basis,this paper puts forward several countermeasures:in the reduction stage,change the law enforcement concept,cultivate public opinion awareness,pay attention to the construction of new media,and improve the law enforcement environment.In the preparatory stage,we will improve the public opinion early warning mechanism,improve the ability of public opinion discovery,and take multiple measures to strengthen the ability of public opinion research and judgment.In the response stage,we should establish a "double synchronization" mechanism for public opinion response,establish and improve the team of online commentators to enhance the professionalism of response,and use the media to guide and enrich response means.In the recovery stage,establish the public opinion tracking and monitoring mechanism,and use the media to remedy the image.The purpose of this paper is to explore the response mechanism and Countermeasures of police related network public opinion governance that can meet the requirements of the new era,and to promote the continuous improvement of police related network public opinion governance.
