Research On F Community Volunteer Cultivation Project In Suzhou City

Compared with the West,China's volunteer service started late.In recent years,some social organizations and non-profit organizations have been promoted under the promotion of policies.China's volunteer service has begun to sprout at the grassroots units.As an important part of urban community construction,community volunteer service plays an important role in rational allocation of community resources,serving residents,building a harmonious community,and raising residents' awareness.While developing professional community services,we will actively promote community volunteers to participate in community building,strengthen the mobilization of community volunteers,and gradually form a duplex linkage mechanism of social workers leading volunteer services and volunteers to assist social workers services to create a good community.A mutual help atmosphere to promote the construction of a harmonious community.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to cultivate community volunteers.This paper studies the volunteer cultivation project of the F community in Suzhou City.Under the guidance of social work theory and methods,it explores how to better participate in the cultivation of community volunteers in the form of projects.Through the survey,we learned about the current situation of volunteer service in the community and the needs of community volunteer service,and clarified the direction of volunteer cultivation.Starting from the excavation of community volunteer resources,the improvement of volunteer competence and the development of volunteer activities,the group work methods and community work skills strategies are used to carry out targeted service activities for community volunteers.Finally,it summarizes and reflects on the whole project service activities,and puts forward suggestions from four levels:emphasizing volunteerism propaganda,enhancing work initiative,strengthening social worker capacity building,and expanding project funding sources,so as to better serve the community residents.It also hopes to provide certain reference value for project service activities cultivated by other community volunteers.
