A Practical Analysis Of Social Work Intervention In Cultivation Of Volunteer Organizations In Pastoral Areas

In recent years,with the development of economy and the improvement of material level,people pay more and more attention to the relatively backward level of spiritual civilization.As the main content of spiritual civilization,volunteer service spirit is also very important.But the personal service strength is very limited,volunteers can play a greater role in the organization,in order to better promote the spirit of volunteer service,so the cultivation of volunteer organizations is particularly important.There are still many problems when social work is involved in the cultivation of volunteer organizations at the grass-roots level.Especially in grassroots pastoral areas,the economy is not very developed,and the concept of voluntary service is also very little known.The W Village of H Township in this paper is located in Hainan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Qinghai Province.Although the herdsmen do not know about volunteer service and voluntary organization,there are a group of young herdsmen who are willing to work for the village,which provides a personnel basis for social work to intervene in the cultivation of volunteer organizations in pastoral areas.Under the concept of helping others and self-help,social work actively guides the young herdsmen of W Village to join the volunteer team through professional social work methods,give full play to their own advantages and make contributions to the development of the local community,and finally establish the "Chixiu Youth Volunteer Association ".The cultivation process of social work intervention in W Village volunteer organization can be divided into three stages: early stage,medium stage and late stage.First of all,by visiting and investigating the needs of local volunteers,establishing relations with the vast number of herdsmen,we should tap the active young people in W Village pastoral areas,cultivate the endogenous backbone of volunteers in pastoral areas,and design the cultivation scheme.Secondly,through the introduction of resources,centralized theoretical training,practical learning and other ways to improve the comprehensive development ability of volunteers,enhance the self-concept and practical operation ability of volunteers,shorten the distance between volunteers and pastoral areas,and increase the sense of belonging of volunteers.Finally,to cultivate young volunteer organizations as the goal,social workers from the side to assist and support volunteer organizations to carry out volunteer services in pastoral areas,to promote the effective governance of pastoral areas.Finally,social work intervened to build a volunteer organization model in pastoral areas,which was led by the government,community-based,youth oriented,service-oriented and development oriented.
