Research On The Growth Path Of Private Military Enterprises Base On Resource Integration

After the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,international military competition becomes more and more fierce.The new challenges to national defense security and economic development.Since President Xi upgraded the civil military integration to a national strategy in the first time explicitly,the policies and systems have been gradually improved,which has pointed out an important development direction for China's military industry and national development.Deepening military-civilian integration is an inevitable choice for consider both national defense and development.It can improve the efficiency of resource allocation,and it has largely promoted the development of military technology and high-end equipment.At present,practical and theoretical study is insufficient,which restricted development of deepening civil-military integration in China.The development of the civilian enterprises participating army has received unprecedented attention.Under the characteristics of relatively scarce resources of the civilian enterprises,many private military enterprises have exhibited behavioral characteristics different from other enterprises and traditional management theories.Therefore,exploring the internal growth law of private military enterprises,and summarizes the successful experiences of some enterprises.It has become one of the important topics that need to be solved urgently in recent years,and aslo provides necessary guidance for the choice of the growth path of private military enterprises.In order to construct a growth path model of the civil-invested military enterprises from the perspective of resource integration,this thesis chooses three private military enterprises as cases.The model was constructed by qualitative research and improved by quantitative research.Qualitative research mainly uses multiple case studies and the grounded theory.The model was initially built using ATLAS.ti 8 as an aid.In the quantitative research,the structural equation method was used,and the constructed model was refined using SPSS 22.0 and Amos 21.0 as research tools.According to the research,the growth paths of private military enterprises have commonalities,both from low-cost manufacturing to high-end product definition.However,different private military enterprises have different stages of rapid growth.Resource integration capabilities provide protection for the growth of private military enterprises.The conclusions of this thesis provide suggestions for the development of private military enterprises,which have both theoretical and practical significance.
