Research On The Measurement And Influencing Factors Of High-quality Development Level Of Military-civilian Integration Enterprises In The Third-tier Region

The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly pointed out that China’s economy has shifted from a high-speed growth stage to a highquality development stage.Then the Party’s Report to the 20 th CPC National Congress pointed out that it is necessary to strengthen national defense mobilization and the construction of reserve forces,and consolidate and improve the strategic system and capabilities of an integrated country.As the core of the construction of military reserve forces,the development of integration of defense and civilian technologies in the thirdline areas has made great contributions to the construction of national defense security and social and economic development in the third-line areas.In addition,integration of defense and civilian technologies enterprises in the third-tier areas are the actual promoters of integration of defense and civilian technologies’ s development,but their awareness of enterprise management concept,talent cultivation and innovation-driven development is still relatively lacking,which leads to enterprises being in a disadvantaged position in the fierce market competition environment.Therefore,it is an urgent problem for integration of defense and civilian technologies enterprises in the third-tier areas to give full play to their own advantages,practice new development concepts and achieve high-quality development of enterprises.This paper takes the high-quality development level of integration of defense and civilian technologies enterprises in the third-tier area as the research object,and based on the in-depth interview data and grounding theory of integration of defense and civilian technologies enterprises in the third-tier area,constructs the evaluation index system of high-quality development of integration of defense and civilian technologies enterprises in the thirdtier area;Secondly,using entropy weight method and "vertical and horizontal" grading method to obtain index weight and combining weight based on game theory as a dynamic comprehensive evaluation method model of high-quality development level of integration of defense and civilian technologies enterprises in third-tier areas,the high-quality development level of 48 listed enterprises in integration of defense and civilian technologies in third-tier areas is measured;Thirdly,Kernel kernel density estimation method and ranking dynamic analysis method are used to deeply analyze the dynamic trend of high-quality development level and ranking change trend of integration of defense and civilian technologies enterprises in the third-tier areas of China;Then,the influencing factors of high-quality development of integration of defense and civilian technologies enterprises in the third-tier areas are obtained from the social and economic development level by combining in-depth interviews and qualitative analysis,and the regression verification analysis is carried out according to the high-quality development index of enterprises;Finally,based on the empirical conclusion,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the high-quality development of integration of defense and civilian technologies enterprises in the third-tier areas.
