The Study On High Technicalization Growth Mode Of The Resource-Oriented Enterprises Of Inner Mogolia

Under the historical opportunity of the development of the West Regions, Probe that the economic development model of one period has already become an important strategic subject in the development of the West Regions in the future in Inner Mongolian. According to domestic and international practice and experience, Inner Mongolian should break away from the backward situation and realizes the spanning developments of regional economy by breaking through the constraints of traditional growth mode, which depends on the exploitations of resource and elementary production and constructing the core competence of the enterprise with technological innovation ability. This article proceeds from this angle to study by resource-oriented enterprises' high technicalization growth mode. In order to regard resource-oriented enterprises of Inner Mongolia as the target, this article explains the inexorable trend of enterprise transforms resource-oriented enterprises into knowledge-based enterprise in an era of knowledge economy.From the relevant theory of economics that the enterprise grows up and the discussions of several kinds of growth modes of enterprise to the core competence and technological innovation ability of the argumentations of management theories, I has combed the theory logic growth of the resource-oriented enterprise in high technicalization.. With standardizing analytical method, I prove it is certainty that the enterprise's growth depends on high technicalization.Through surveying the resource-oriented enterprises of Inner Mongolia and collecting the relevant statistical data, We obtained the real materials of the enterprises .At the same time, we summarize the total growth state of the resource-oriented enterprise of Inner Mongolia. Furthermore, we analyze many typical enterprise cases, like ERDOS ,YILI GROUP etc, and sum up the growth states of them .This part establishes the foundation of positive analysis.The innovatory point of this article lies in combing the theory logic on growth of the resource-oriented enterprise in high technicalization. And it has offered TRU model of strategy of corporate planning, and expects that this model becomes the useful strategical planning tool of resource-oriented enterprise, which orients the enterprise's total strategy from three angles: Strategy of technology, strategy of resource and strategy of business.
