Research On Cooperative Innovation Behavior And Mechanism Of Civil-military Integration Enterprises

With the implementation of the strategy of civil-military integration and innovation-driven development,the collaborative innovation of civil-military integration enterprises has attracted extensive attention from all walks of life.Accelerating the coordinated innovation and development of civil-military integration enterprises is an important measure to implement the strategy of civil-military integration and the strategy of innovation-driven development.Under this background,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the collaborative innovation behavior and mechanism of civil-military integration enterprises.It takes the civil-military integration enterprise as the research object,builds a game model and conducts simulation analysis with Matlab software to study its collaborative innovation behavior and mechanism.Firstly,on the basis of clarifying the research background,research purpose and significance of this paper,the research status of collaborative innovation behavior and mechanism of civil-military integration enterprises at home and abroad is summarized,and the research ideas,contents and methods are determined.Secondly,it defines the basic concepts such as civil-military integration,civil-military integration enterprises,collaborative innovation and collaborative innovation mechanism that have not been agreed upon,and analyzes the behavioral agents and their relationships of collaborative innovation in civil-military integration enterprises.Thirdly,the differential game model of collaborative innovation behavior between military and civilian departments is constructed.The cooperative game equilibrium,non-cooperative game equilibrium and master-slave game equilibrium of collaborative innovation are analyzed respectively.The results show that cooperative game equilibrium of collaborative innovation is optimal and the influencing factors of cooperative game equilibrium of collaborative innovation are analyzed.At the same time,the evolutionary game model of collaborative innovation behavior between civil-military integration enterprises and academic research institutions is constructed,and the influencing factors of evolutionary stability strategy are analyzed.In addition,the influence of government and market governance factors on collaborative innovation is analyzed,and the game model is simulated.Finally,it constructs the resource input and sharing mechanism,benefit distribution and coordination mechanism,and incentive and restraint mechanism in civil-military integration enterprises,and puts forward the safeguard measures of mechanism implementation.The research results of this paper provide theoretical support for the collaborative innovation development of civil-military integration enterprises and some references for the government to formulate relevant policies.
