Research On Optimization Of Development Model Of Specialized Voluntary Service Organizations

In recent years,volunteer organizations have tended to specialize and played an important role in some special fields and events.Among them,a volunteer organization specializes in emergency rescue.Emergency rescue is generally an activity and plan to prevent,prepare,respond and recover sudden and destructive emergencies.According to the different types of emergency,it can be divided into health emergency,traffic emergency,fire emergency,earthquake emergency,factory and mine emergency,family emergency and other fields of emergency rescue.Emergency rescue can control the occurrence and expansion of emergencies,reduce losses and quickly restore normal state.In recent years,the civilian rescue team has played an increasingly important role in the comprehensive emergency rescue work.Taking Blue Sky rescue team as an example,since its establishment in 2007,it has participated in the rescue work of all major disasters in China,with more than 1,000 rescue cases annually,providing important resources for the smooth development of the comprehensive emergency rescue work.Firstly,this paper combs the relevant research on the development of non-governmental relief organizations at home and abroad,so as to clarify the research ideas and directions;secondly,it expounds the relevant concepts of non-governmental relief organizations development,and analyses the relevant theories of non-governmental relief organizations development,including Bennis’ development theory,bureaucracy theory,resource dependence theory;secondly,it gives the non-governmental emergency relief in China.The development status of the organization is analyzed,and the development status of Blue Sky Rescue Team is analyzed from the perspectives of personnel organization structure,management system,source of funds and personnel training.On the basis of this,the problems in the development process of Blue Sky Rescue Team are also analyzed.Finally,based on the previous analysis,corresponding improvements are put forward according to the actual situation and development needs of Blue Sky Rescue Team.Measures to ensure the long-term and healthy development of the Blue Sky Rescue Team.In the process of researching the development model of Blue Sky Rescue Team,this paper uses Bennis’ s theory of organizational development,bureaucracy and resource dependence,and analyses the guidance provided by these theories for the development of Blue Sky Rescue Team.This research has certain theoretical significance for the application of the theory of organizational development.At the same time,this paper draws its own conclusion through the research.On this basis,this study also enriches the relevant theory of the development model of the folk rescue team to a certain extent;secondly,this study takes the Blue Sky rescue team as an example to analyze and study the development model of the Blue Sky rescue team from the development status quo,the problems in the development process,and the corresponding change measures,so this study has the potential for the development of other folk rescue teams.Certain practical reference significance.
