Research On Construction Of Emergency Rescue Team In Songshan District Of Chifeng City

So far,the national emergency management system has been developing for four years.Emergency management departments are experiencing a thriving period,and the construction of emergency rescue teams has achieved good results.Emergency rescue teams in the new era have become the backbone of emergency response.The CPC and our country require efforts to build an emergency rescue team system under a unified command,with a sensitive reaction,able to handle both specialized and regular scenarios,coordinated from top to bottom,and compatible with peace and war.This action and measure aims to provide a guarantee for protecting people’s lives and property,preventing significant security risks,and handling major emergencies.There has been much valuable research on the construction of emergency rescue team.However,taking the various and complex circumstances of different provinces,cities,counties and towns into consideration,the current comprehensive research on the construction of emergency rescue teams cannot satisfy the actual needs,cannot match the local economic development,and cannot adapt the existing research results into practice.Based on S Emergency Management Bureau,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the emergency rescue team in S District,refers to the existing academic research on team construction,applies the theoretical achievements of emergency management,public crisis,and collaborative governance,summarizes the development status of existing emergency rescue teams in S District,including comprehensive emergency rescue team,professional emergency rescue team,social emergency rescue team and expert team.Besides.This paper also describes the organization structure and working mechanism of emergency rescue team.It analyses the deficiencies of S emergency rescue team construction in multiple aspects,such as system mechanism,team planning,professional ability building,team security,social and expert team development.Apart from these,this paper tries to trace the cause of the aforementioned problems and puts forward suggestions on improving the system mechanism,building the team development plan,strengthening professional ability and security,and enhancing the government’s support to the society and the expert team,etc,to provide some reference for S emergency management and relevant departments to formulate policies and take measures to strengthen the construction of emergency rescue team.
