| For a long time,the CPC Central Committee has paid great attention to the issue of"agriculture,countryside and farmers".Talents are the key to rural governance and economic and social development.Good rural governance in rural areas provides a stable social foundation for the state's political power,which helps to improve the backwardness of the countryside.In the era of poverty alleviation,The lack of talents makes the rural governance less efficient.In order to strengthen the basic work of the rural areas,promote the all-round development of the rural areas,and further improve the rural governance system,the state selects the village cadres to serve in villages and and has become a bridge and link to the masses.The ties will inject new vitality and vitality into the village,and will be conducive to leading the villagers out of poverty and prosperity,and promoting rural economic development.This paper is based on the scope of rural governance.Firstly,it analyses the role orientation and operation mechanism of the village cadres in Shilin County participating in the rural governance.Secondly,it uses SPSS software to carry out data statistical research and verify the operation mechanism of the role of the village cadres in the rural governance and the maintenance of stable order by visiting the villages and sending out questionnaires.It finds that village cadres are faced with such problems as conflict of governance roles,lack of coherence in governance and lack of supervision mechanism.Finally,Countermeasures and suggestions will be proposed,which need to rely on laws and regulations to improve the legitimacy of rural governance,eliminate the contradictions between governance subjects,establish a monitoring mechanism.By this way,Governance can cultivate a "good" village cadre who understands policy,has practical ability and takes root in the village,further improve rural governance,eradicate poverty and achieve the overall goal of rural modernization. |
