| In recent years,the changes in the market economy and the shift in urban management have brought about a constant change in the grassroots social structure of the city.When a large number of "unit people" are changed to "social people," the difficulty of managing the urban community population is increased,and the reason is that the rural population flows to the cities in large numbers.Therefore,the community management has been highly valued.Various regions of the country are also exploring better ways of community management,thus opening up new grid management.Its features are detailed,agile and digital.With the continuous development of urbanization construction,the appearance of the city has undergone tremendous changes,the people’s living standards have been continuously improved,and the main contradictions in the primary stage of socialism in China have also changed,from the original "productivity falling out and the people need to expand." The conflict between the needs of material grid management has changed to “the conflict between the people’s gradual rise in the needs of a better life and the lack of balance”,to meet the people’s growing needs for better life,and to provide a high level of community management and service.The main direction of contemporary social community work.This paper takes Y district of H city as the research object,and conducts in-depth investigation and research on the grid-based community management model of Y district of H city,and personally experienced the advantages and disadvantages of the grid community management process.For the shortcomings in community management,the H-city hotline is used to return to the satisfaction survey data to establish a data warehouse,and the direct and potential association between the data is analyzed through the frequent model of the association model to establish a grid management model evaluation system.In response to some of the problems investigated,specific rectification plans were put forward,and further constructive suggestions were put forward on how to build grid community management.It is expected to provide guidance and experience to the future grid community.(1)Analyze the significance of the community management and the research background,and expound the current research status of community management by experts and scholars at home and abroad.It also organizes relevant theoretical concepts such as community,community management and community grid management.(2)Taking Y district of H city as an example,the status of grid communitymanagement is introduced,and the content of grid community management is sorted out,including the current nature and development of community staff’s current status and community management.(3)The establishment of the evaluation index system for networked community management,after analysis and discussion,determine the rules for the establishment of the evaluation index system for community network management,and then use the scientific and rational construction index system to select the gray correlation evaluation method.Create a model for community networking based on multiple rational gray associations.(4)In-depth study and analysis of the selected Y district of H city community network management structure system.The results of the operation mechanism,management form,and network management of the community are summarized.The known evaluation results obtained were analyzed again,and the strengthening of role service,the strengthening of autonomous management,the strengthening of team building and the strengthening of institutional guarantees were put forward. |
