| Since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China reformed the household contract responsibility system,the rural productivity has been greatly improved,the rural economy has developed rapidly,the road network coverage has been continuously extended,the number of vehicles has been greatly increased,and the living standards of farmers have been rapidly improved.However,compared with the rapid development of rural economy,the development of rural road traffic safety is relatively lagging behind,the incidence of traffic accidents is high,and to a certain extent,it has affected the rural economic development and social stability.In rural areas,the road traffic safety management mechanism is not perfect,the investment of safety facilities is insufficient,the performance of vehicles is backward,the safety awareness is weak and other issues are increasingly prominent.These have laid hidden dangers to the traffic safety of rural roads,and the safety situation is not optimistic.Facing the severe situation of rural traffic safety management,how to effectively reduce the number of rural road traffic accidents and deaths,improve the level of traffic management in rural areas,strengthen the construction of rural traffic infrastructure,and improve the rural road traffic safety environment has become an important issue in the construction of rural traffic safety in China.In this paper,investigation,comparative analysis,literature reference and other research methods are used to study the grid management of traffic safety in rural areas.Based on the research achievements of grid management and grid management of rural traffic safety at home and abroad,the related concepts of grid management of rural traffic safety are redefined.Take X county of Z Province as the research object,through the analysis of the current situation of rural road traffic safety management in X county,the analysis of the main experience,achievements and existing problems of the implementation of grid management of traffic safety in X county,and the comparison of different methods of grid management of traffic safety in towns and villages in X county,the paper puts forward more scientific and targeted specific countermeasures and suggestions for the grid management of rural road traffic safety.These measures are intended to make up for the shortcomings and loopholes of the grid management of rural road traffic safety in X county,improve the three-level grid management level of rural road traffic safety in X county,and provide reference for the road traffic safety management in other counties and cities in China.It is hoped to improve the level of refined management of rural road traffic safety,prevent and reduce rural road traffic accidents,and promote the harmony and stability of rural society. |
