Research On The Legalization Of Fishery And Rural Social Governance In Zhoushan Islands New Area,Zhejiang Province

China is in a new era of socialist development with Chinese characteristics.Under such a background,social governance innovation is a new requirement put forward by the new era.The basic concept of social governance is that multi-disciplinary subjects work together to govern and combine the rule of law to promote all sectors of society to participate in social governance actions through a variety of ways and means.Promoting the rule of law in social governance is conducive to satisfying the new expectations of the masses for a better life,promoting the rule of law,promoting the innovation of the social governance system,and promoting the development of the rule of law system and the construction of a society ruled by law.In the past few years,under the leadership of the party and the government,Zhejiang Zhoushan Islands New District has implemented the idea of governing the country according to law,and attached great importance to the rule of law in social governance.The social governance of the new district has achieved initial success,and the level of legalization of social governance has gradually improved.The awareness of the rule of law has gradually increased,and the overall environment of society has been continuously optimized to ensure social stability.However,due to the special geography of the Zhoushan Archipelago New Area,it is a city composed of islands.There are still a series of problems in the practice of legalization of social governance in fishing and rural areas.On the basis of collating relevant theories and domestic and foreign literatures,this paper analyzes the development status of fishing and rural areas and the status quo of legalization of social governance in fishing and rural areas,from the supporting policy system of social governance,the administrative law enforcement of grassroots government,the judicial and the legalization of fishermen.At the level of concept and so on,the paper analyzes the existing problems and their causes,and then proposes corresponding solutions to each level of problems,trying to provide a reference for further deepening the rule of law in the social governance of fishing and rural areas in the new area of Zhoushan Islands.For the time being,there are still many obstacles to the practice of rural grassroots in the rule of law in social governance in China.There is still a long way to go to realize therule of law in social governance.However,the process of governing the country according to law will not stop.In the process of governing the country,the goal of realizing the rule of law,the rule of law,and the harmonious countryside can still be expected.
