Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Rural Governance In Jimo District, Qingdao City From The Perspective Of "the Integration Of Three Governances"

In recent years,China's rural governance is facing challenges,especially the old and new problems interwoven together,become a problem of rural health development.To solve the problem of rural governance,it is necessary to safeguard the common interests of farmers,build a system to prevent and resolve social conflicts,improve the service level of rural governance,and improve the organizational level of rural social governance.In his report to the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),xi jinping pointed out that we must uphold and improve the system of socialism with Chinese characteristics,constantly modernize the country's governance system and capacity,and improve the system of rural governance that combines autonomy,rule of law and rule of virtue.As the region with the lowest proportion of urbanization among the seven districts in Qingdao city,the effect of rural governance in jimo directly affects the overall harmony and stability of jimo district and the happiness of its people.At present,the social governance in jimo district is faced with a series of problems,such as the imperfect governance system,the low level of rule of law,the unsound soft governance system,the hidden dangers of social contradictions caused by land expropriation,demolition and relocation and the unbalanced supply of public goods.These problems are not only the problems faced by rural areas in jimo,but also the common problems faced by rural areas in China,especially in some economically developed areas.This paper analyzes the causes of the problems in rural governance from the perspective of the main body of rural governance,the absence of propaganda and construction of the rule of law,the construction of rural spiritual civilization,and the development of rural economy,and from the perspective of "three governance integration ",explores the path of improving the rural governance system in Jimo District,puts forward the concrete measures in several aspects,such as adhering to the Party's leadership and giving play to the central role of the Party's leadership;strengthening the foundation of autonomy and guiding the villagers to participate together;strengthening the construction of the rule of law and improving the level of governance according to law;deepening the support of rule by virtue and creating a good atmosphere.
