A Study On The Cooperative Governance Mechanism Of Community Renewal

The community is the basic platform for grassroots social governance and the frontier for realizing the goal of social governance modernization.Community renewal is an important part of community governance and urban organic renewal,with complexity,which involves many governance subjects.Traditional thinking and governance models that are government-led,market-driven or socially autonomous-led have not been able to adapt to the needs of community renewal.Cooperative governance is in line with the need to realize the diversified subjects to participate in community renewal and build a new pattern of community governance in the new era.However,the current research on the application of cooperative governance in community renewal is scarce.Therefore,this paper takes the cooperative governance mechanism of community renewal as the research theme,and conducts theoretical and practical research and discussion.First of all,aiming at the decentralization of governance subjects in community renewal,the paper proposes to construct an effective cooperative governance mechanism of community renewal in practice.Secondly,on the basis of theoretical research,combined with the study of the actual situat.ion of community renewal,the framework of cooperative governance mechanism on community renewal is constructed.Thirdly,in the secti.on of case study,taking the Shapowei community in Xiamen as an example,through the methods of the field research and interview observation grasping the background of the community renewal of Shapowei,the formation and operation process of the cooperative governance mechanism and the good results achieved,while thinking about the sh ortcomings of the Shapowei community in the process of cooperative governance mechanism.Finally,for the shortcomings,propose the suggestions for improving the cooperative governance mechanism of community renewal in practice.Through theoretical research and case analysis for the cooperative governance mechanism of community renewal,the author believes that the most crucial part of the cooperative governance mechanism of community renewal is the operation of multiple subjects participation and Inulti-participan t s establish partnerships in the cooperation process.Achieve public interest through collective bargaining and consensus-bui.lding in an interdependent network environment.In theory,this study expan ds the thinking of academic reseal ch on community renewal and cooperative governance,and enriches the study of the cooperative governance mechanism of community renewal in the community.In practice,the cooperative governance mechanism of community renewal provides a new idea for modern community renewal,governance and construction,to facilitate the early realization of the goal of "building a social governance pattern of co-construction,co-governance and sharing"proposed by the 19th party congress.
