Research On The Community Volunteer Service From The Perspective Of Social Governance

In 2014,the central government promulgated the development plan of "Opinions on Promoting the Institutionalization of Volunteer Service",emphatically affirming that volunteer service is an important measure of social governance innovation and a necessary means of the current harmonious society.With the gradual improvement of the social governance system,the main body of community volunteer service management has changed from a single center to a diversified center.Community volunteer service has undergone great changes.Various places have made many changes to adapt to the new situation and new changes.The design of service content is more humanized and the management of volunteers is more standardized.Innovative measures to learn from.However,many problems in the process of development have further restricted the continuous development of community volunteer service.Therefore,taking the community volunteer service of X Street as an example,this paper discusses how to develop community volunteer service from the perspective of social governance innovation,which has important theoretical and practical significance.Through the analysis,it is found that social governance points out the direction of development for community voluntary service,while community voluntary service provides development practice for social governance,and improves citizens'recognition of social governance,so as to make the process of social governance more smoothly,the two complement each other.In practice,community volunteer service has made a lot of achievements under the spontaneous exploration,but also exposed many problems in the development process,including the strong administrative dependence of community volunteer service,the content of community volunteer service in the form,the older volunteers and the lower satisfaction.The main reasons are that the volunteer service network has not been established,the design of volunteer service mechanism is unreasonable,and the volunteer service lacks incentive mechanism.This paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve community volunteer service from the aspects of building a collaborative volunteer service network,optimizing the volunteer service mechanism and improving the incentive mechanism of volunteers.
