| Community home care is the most basic and important pension mode.As a heterogeneous group,the elderly have diversified needs for old-age care services.In this paper,the model of voluntary old-age service in the community of Nanchang City is taken as the research object,and the supply and demand of voluntary old-age service in the community are demonstrated by analyzing the theory of voluntary failure,comparative analysis,literature analysis,descriptive analysis,correlation analysis,chi-square analysis and other research methods.This paper analyzes the existing problems,such as the incompatibility between the publicity of community voluntary service mode and the cognition of the elderly,the mismatch between the service projects provided by the community and the needs of the elderly,and the mismatch between the organization and management of community voluntary service platform and the needs of the elderly.Through the chi-square analysis,it is found that in terms of the choice of volunteer service subjects by the elderly in the community,the sample selection of volunteer service subjects that the elderly are more willing to accept presents significant differences on the gender of the elderly and the relationship with the neighbors.In terms of the preference of the service object of the community pension volunteer service center,the sample has a significant effect on the age,health status and life caregivers of the elderly.Through correlation analysis,it is found that the elderly have complex characteristics and diversified service demands in terms of volunteer service projects for the elderly.Taking care of daily life is positively correlated with the health status of the elderly and the worries of the elderly.There was a significant positive correlation between entertainment chat and playing chess,but a significant negative correlation between entertainment chat and planting flowers.Psychological consultation and spiritual consolation were positively correlated with the age,health status and planting flowers of the elderly.There is a positive correlation between learning a new skill or knowledge and average monthly income,art,calligraphy and foreign language.There is a significant negative correlation between learning a new skill or knowledge and having no hobbies.There is a positive correlation between emergency rescue and singing Musical Instruments and playing games.Adjusting family disputes was positively associated with foreign language,playing video games,and worries about old age.There is a significant negative correlation between the understanding degree of the elderly and the age and education level of the elderly.Therefore,the volunteer service center needs to strengthen the publicity of the elderly.In terms of the elder’s demand for the service quality of the community endowment voluntary service platform,the organizational mechanism needs to be established and improved.The increase in the number of volunteers is positively correlated with the lack of volunteers.The development of various and private service projects is positively correlated with the lack of pertinence of service contents;Regularly organizing and carrying out service skill training is negatively related to the lack of publicity and understanding,and the other two are negatively related to the lack of volunteer numbers,the lack of targeted service content and the need to improve the professionalism.The establishment of a complete voluntary support mechanism for the elderly in the community is positively correlated with the insufficient number of volunteers and the imperfect organization and management system.The implementation of voluntary service reward and punishment mechanism is positively related to the improvement of professionalism.Through descriptive analysis and charts,it is found that the projects provided by Nanchang Community Voluntary Service Center for the Elderly include meal delivery,performance programs,bathing,hairdressing and chatting.But the community volunteer service center for the aged does not offer courses,emergency medical care,day care,psychological counseling,legal aid and other services to the elderly.The common channel for information release of Nanchang Community Elderly Volunteer Service Center is We Chat public account.The frequency of use of brochures is relatively low,and the publicity lectures are not used in the samples.This paper introduces the facilities,organization and volunteer status of community old-age voluntary service in Nanchang.In terms of community endowment volunteer service platform management,frequency is one of the most community workers of community endowment volunteer service model for daily propaganda is insufficient,shortage of the number of community volunteers,community volunteer professional needs to be improved,pension provided by the community volunteer service content does not meet the demand of the elderly,there is a deviation.At the same time,the organization management system is not sound is also mentioned.According to the results of the demonstration,combined with the successful experience of other countries or regions,precise measures should be taken to promote China’s community voluntary pension service.First,the rights and responsibilities of the government and community pension service centers should be clarified,and the relationship between political and social responsibilities should be reconstructed.Second,speed up regional coordination,establish information management mechanism;At the same time,to create a cultural environment for voluntary service for the aged;Finally,the management mechanism of voluntary service should be improved to integrate voluntary service with community pension. |
