| Young pioneer activity serves as both a basic approach and a main method of young pioneer education.Young pioneer activity should be conducted according to the application of scientific theory.Nel Noddings,leader of caring theory,illustrated the educational aim,caring contents,moral education methods,teacher-student relationship,education appraisal,which provides referential value for young pioneer activity curriculum.This research employs such research methods as literature,interviewing,observation,case analysis and studies on the status quo and problems of young pioneer activity curriculum based on a lot of activity cases.The research shows that activity goal in the curriculum has the following problems: lacking care for young pioneers;ignoring the major needs of young pioneers;short of care in activity methods;care absence between counsellors and young pioneers;lack of care for people in activity appraisal.Owing to the restriction of traditional exam-oriented education,little emphasis on the young pioneer work,unprofessional counsellors,neglection of young pioneers’ training for caring for others and misconception of curricular appraisal,the problems arise in the curriculum.Therefore,not only should caring counsellors be trained to establish caring relationship between them and young pioneers,but also they should care for themselves.Caring curriculums,moral education modes,and appraisal offer referential value to the curriculum and the overall development of young pioneers. |
