| The Young Pioneers activity course is the main carrier of the Young Pioneers ’ organizational education.It is an important practical course for children ’s ideological guidance.It is of great significance to the ideological education of children in ethnic areas.Ensuring the effective implementation of the Young Pioneers ’ activity curriculum in ethnic areas is not only conducive to giving full play to the educational value of the Young Pioneers ’ activity curriculum,but also conducive to the children in ethnic areas to forge a strong sense of the Chinese national community.Tibet is located in the ethnic minority areas of the southwest border of China.At present,there are few studies on the implementation of the Young Pioneers ’ activity curriculum.In view of this,this study selects K primary school in Lhasa as a case,and uses literature research method,case study method,interview method,observation method and physical analysis method to analyze the current situation,achievements,existing problems and influencing factors of the implementation of the Young Pioneers activity curriculum in K primary school,and gives corresponding improvement strategies.This study mainly includes the following five parts :The first part is the introduction.This part first expounds the research reason,research purpose and research significance.Then from the four aspects of foreign children ’s organization activity curriculum,young pioneers activity curriculum,young pioneers activity curriculum implementation and factors affecting curriculum implementation,the research status of young pioneers activity curriculum is sorted out.On this basis,the three core concepts of Young Pioneers,activity curriculum and Young Pioneers activity curriculum are clearly defined,and the research content,methods and ideas of this study are introduced in detail.Finally,the empirical curriculum theory and post-modern curriculum theory supporting the research are elaborated.The second part is an overview of the current situation of the implementation of the Young Pioneers activity curriculum in K primary school.Through the analysis and collation of the interview content,observation records and collected physical data,this paper describes the current situation of the implementation of the young pioneers ’ activity curriculum in K primary school from the aspects of curriculum implementation,curriculum objectives,curriculum content,curriculum development,curriculum evaluation and curriculum guarantee.The third part is the achievements and problems of the implementation of the Young Pioneers Activity Curriculum in K primary school.Based on the analysis of the current situation in the second part,this paper makes a rational review of the achievements and existing problems in the implementation of the Young Pioneers Activity Curriculum.In terms of the results achieved,the main performance is : the Young Pioneers activity curriculum is basically implemented;Developed a rich and contains local ethnic characteristics of the course content;formed a diversified form of curriculum development;initially establish the supervision and management mechanism of the course.In terms of existing problems,it is mainly manifested as : failing to pay attention to the independence of the Young Pioneers ’ activity curriculum;the goal of the Young Pioneers activity curriculum is unknown;the theme design of the course content lacks the participation of young pioneers;the teaching method of the Young Pioneers Activity Course lacks innovation;the evaluation system of Young Pioneers activity curriculum is not perfect;the construction of young pioneers counselor team is insufficient.The fourth part is the influencing factors of the implementation of the young pioneers ’ activity curriculum in K primary school.It mainly explores the influencing factors of the implementation of the Young Pioneers ’ activity curriculum from three categories : the curriculum outline itself,the internal factors of the school,and the external factors of the school.The three types of factors can be further subdivided into the following six sub-factors : the ’ Young Pioneers Activity Curriculum Guidelines ’ itself,school leaders,counselor teachers,Young Pioneers Activity Curriculum Resources,educational administrative departments,and student parents.The fifth part is the overall strategy to improve the implementation effect of the young pioneers ’ activity curriculum in K primary school.In view of the current situation,problems and influencing factors of the implementation of the Young Pioneers Activity Curriculum,in order to ensure the effective implementation of the Young Pioneers Activity Curriculum in K Primary School,the following five strategies are proposed : First,enhance the relevance between the curriculum outline and reality;the second is to enrich the text teaching resources of the Young Pioneers activity curriculum;third,improve the evaluation system of the Young Pioneers activity curriculum;fourth,strengthen the construction of the young pioneers counselor team;fifth,the education administrative department strengthens the policy support for the Young Pioneers activity curriculum. |
