Community research is the embodiment of the whole study of social problems.The community is a microcosm of different degrees of society as a whole.As a new type of social organization serving the people and sharing their worries for the government,the community service work has practical significance for promoting the solution of various contradictions and problems that have interwoven in the process of market economy reform,safeguarding social security,and maintaining social stability.To strengthen the function of community service and enhance the ability of social management,it is necessary to give full play to the role of human resources.In the process of providing administrative,welfare and social services to all residents in Xiamen R Community,a service team with high cohesion has been formed.However,during the implementation of the existing performance evaluation system in the R community,there are problems such as unclear performance evaluation standards,incomplete performance evaluation process,single application of performance evaluation results,formal tendency,and no performance evaluation feedback mechanism.Difficulties in fully mobilizing the work of community workers,To maximize its value and usefulness;In order to improve the effectiveness of performance evaluation guidance and communication,performance feedback should be timely and open,establish and perfect a practical performance evaluation complaint mechanism,so that the performance evaluation system can enter a virtuous cycle stage,improve the job satisfaction of employees;To optimize the process of performance management,ensure that the entire performance management process can be tracked and measured,and design performance plans,performance plans,and performance evaluation categories for different positions and roles of R community staff.To enable managers to constantly identify problems,solve problems,and improve their work through the performance management process?...
