Public Psychological Intervention In Public Crisis Management In China

China is in a critical period of the new era.Due to its unique development environment and development stage,it has become a crisis-prone country.Once a public crisis occurs,people's mental health is threatened.When the crisis occurs,timely psychological intervention can ease the public's crisis and avoid the recurrence of the crisis.Therefore,the intervention of public psychology in public crisis management is very important.This article takes this as the focus and collects and analyzes the crisis events and psychological interventions that have occurred in recent years,and found that there is some problem as insufficient government attention in psychological intervention in China,lack of a unified leader organization,and lack of psychological intervention professionals,lack of the Non-governmental organizations' participation and so on,and analyzed these` reasons.Finally,put forward some countermeasures and suggestions such as,be put forward in terms of strengthening the construction of mechanisms,improving the quality of crisis education,training personnel well and broadening the scope of work.
