Study On Emergency Information Release Strategy

With the continuous development of the political economy and the transformation of the social structure,all kinds of reforms in our country are deepening,and the contradictions exposed to society are becoming more and more prominent,and the occurrence of all kinds of emergencies is becoming more frequent.Because of its suddenness and destructiveness,the emergency will pose a great threat to the life and property of the public,seriously affecting the stability and unity of the society.The landslide in Shenzhen in December 2015,the explosion in Tianjin Binhai New Area in August 2015,and the flood in Xingtai 7.19 in July 2016 caused huge losses to the lives and property of the public and to the whole society.Information dissemination plays a very important role in the response to emergencies.This paper first combs the background and current situation of emergency,summarizes the connotation and characteristics of emergency and emergency information release,and then studies the emergency information release strategy in emergency,finally,combining interviews and case analysis,finds out the existing problems of emergency information release,and puts forward effective countermeasures.The text is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is introduction,analyzes the background and research background of emergency information,and puts forward the significance,content and method of the research.Forming the realistic foundation of the thesis research.The second chapter defines the concept and the theory analysis,defines the concept of emergency information release,and analyses the principle of emergency information release and the responsibility of government in emergency,forming the theoretical basis of the thesis.Chapter three analyzes the current situation of emergency information distribution.Based on the analysis of the development of government's response to emergency information release,emergency information release and the typical case of the xingtai 7.19 flood,this paper forms the main content of the research.Chapter four analyzes the emergency information release strategy of developed countries,finds out the experience that can be used in our country,and promotes the further improvement of emergency information release strategy.Chapter five puts forward the existing problems of emergency information release strategy,analyzes the strategy from three aspects: the imperfect legal system,the imperfect government information release mechanism and the government is not good at using media,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
