A Study Of The Political Culture In The Communist Party Of China

In the sixth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee,comrade Xi Jinping stressed the importance of strengthening the political and cultural construction of the party and constantly improving the soil of good political ecology.This is the inevitable requirement for the new and great project to be firmly pushed forward in the new situation and to promote the party's construction of the party strictly and promote the party's construction.Since then,the construction of inner party political culture has become a hot and important topic in the theoretical research of Party building.On the basis of the existing research,this paper makes an accurate definition of the political culture within the party,and analyzes the connotation,function and the necessity of the political and cultural construction within the party by means of a certain theoretical framework.At the same time,the history of the founding of the Communist Party of China is divided into the period of the new democratic revolution,the period of socialist construction,the period of reform and opening up,and the four stages of the eighteen major periods.On this basis,a historical review of the political and cultural construction within the party is made,and the challenges and causes of the party's political and cultural construction face are analyzed.On this basis,this article tries to put forward the practical path of strengthening the political and cultural construction in the party from three aspects,such as absorbing nutrition in the advanced culture,paying attention to the construction of the inner party system and culture,coordinating the key minority and the role of the party members,so as to make suggestions for the political and cultural construction of the party so as to further improve the good political ecology.The soil will promote the construction of the party from a temporary solution to a permanent cure,so as to advance the new great project of a comprehensive and strict administration and Party building in the new situation.
