| Since the 18th CPC National Congress,making an all-out effort to enforce strict Party discipline,deepening the construction of a clean party and anti-graft fight have always been the important task of the CPC.Currently,the condition of anti-graft fight is complex and variable;inspection has become the important weapon of supervision and anti-graft in party.The central committee of the Party has elevated the sharp sword function of inspection to the highest place.The "Regulations of Inspection Work of the CPC" in 2015 and the revised regulation in 2017 have perfected the inspection system more fully.On’ the basis of comparing "Regulations of Inspection Work of the CPC(trial)"(hereinafter abbreviated as "old regulation")in 2009 and "Regulations of Inspection Work of the CPC"(hereinafter called "new regulation")revised in 2015 and 2017,starting from the interpretation of the new regulations,on the basis of an in-depth analysis of the uniqueness of the new version of inspection regulation,the fruits of inspection and exploration of the CPC after the 18th CPC National Congress are summarized.First of all,the author mainly looks back on the history of inspection system construction in the CPC before the 18th CPC National Congress,including the origin of the inspection system in the CPC,the history of constructing the system of inspection system in the CPC before the 18th CPC National Congress,and the achievements in the construction of inspection system of the CPC before the 18th CPC National Congress;secondly,the author analyzes the new regulations,inheritance of the old regulation concerning the inspection system of the Party;thirdly,through analysis of the articles of the new regulation,literature research and text analysis are used to analyze the adjustment of inspection work,perfection of the inspection system and innovations in the new version of regulation,and summarizes the fruits of the inspection system in terms of scientific construction;finally,the author summarizes the effect and experience of innovation of the inspection system in CPC since its 18th National Congress. |
