Research On The Inspection System Of Communist Party Of China Since The 18^th National Congress

Since the 18^th National Congress of the Communist Party of China CPC,the new central committee of the CPC has raised the inspection system to a strategic height,and made a series of adjustments and innovations to the inspection system.The inspection system has shown a development trend of deepening.Based on its development situation as the research object,the thesis carries out a thorough analysis of the new characteristics of the insepction system from the theory,practice and system three dimension,discusses problems,innovation and effect of the inspection system since and finally puts forward some discussions for further improving the inspection system.This thesis is mainly divided into five parts:In the first part,the research background,purpose and significance are clarified by collecting and sorting out relevant literature.The research status at home and abroad is sorted out.The research content of this thesis is clarified.The second part is the basic concept and theoretical basis of the inspection system.It describes definition,nature and function of the inspection system,expounds the evaluation criteria for the implementation effect of the inspection system,analyzes the specific factors affecting the implementation effect of the inspection system,and introduces the marxist thought of rights restriction and supervision,the CPC’s party governance and the theory of good governance,which lays the theoretical foundation.The third part shows innovation measures and results of the inspection system,since the 18^th National Congress.Based on the analysis of problems and causes,and in combination with the actual situation,the CPC has made innovations in the revision of the regulations on the inspection system,namely the focus on the building of party conduct and integrity and the fight against corruption,the normalization of inspection work and the full coverage of inspection coverage.The fourth part analyzes the existing problems and causes of the inspection system of the CPC since the 18^th National Congress.According to the connotation of the inspection system,combined with the CPC’s party governance theory and other theories,it analyzes problems of the inspection system since the 18^th National Congress from the aspects,that the inspection system structure is not sound,the inspection system itself has problems,operation process is not perfect and that rectification effect is not in place.Through theoretical analysis,it is revealed that the root causes of the problems in the inspection system lie in four aspects,that is lag of theoretical knowledge learning,imperfection of supervision,imperfection of work evaluation and imperfection of supporting system.The fifth part puts forward countermeasures and suggestions of enhancing the inspection system of the CPC.Focused on the inspection system and promoting the standardization and normalization of the inspection system,it puts forward relevant countermeasures and Suggestions.This thesis puts forward evaluation criteria for implementation effect of the inspection system,analyzes the specific factors affecting the implementation effect,explores problems existing in the inspection system of the CPC since the 18^th National Congress,reveals the causes,sorts out the innovative measures of the inspection system,analyzes the effects,and puts forward feasible countermeasures.However,due to the lack of practical experience,implementation and construction of the inspection system is not deep enough.
