| The professional affection of young pioneers counselors is an important part of the professional development of young pioneers counselors,and the professional affection is the key factor and the main starting point of the career development and the team construction of young pioneers counselors.The level of professional affection will directly affect the professional development of counselors.To study the professional affection of young pioneers counselors is the inevitable requirement to improve the education of young pioneers,the actual need to optimize the team construction of young pioneers counselors,and the urgent need to do a good job of moral education at present.But at present,the work of young pioneers in primary schools is often ignored,and most of the young pioneers counselors are part-time,whose identity is often marginalized,and some counselors’ management and training policies are difficult to implement.Study the young pioneers counselors professional cordiality both conform to The Times and social development to the needs of the counselor team construction,also accord with the notice of the young pioneers counselors management approach(trial)([2007] no.24)the counselor team construction of several opinions on further strengthening the young pioneers "([2010] no.33)and the counselor team construction and opinions on strengthening the new era of young pioneers"([2020] no.2)to enhance the young pioneers such as file professional requirements.At the same time,it is also helpful to solve the problems of young pioneers’ counselors’ low affection,low professional degree and low education effect of young pioneers.In the study of the professional affection of young pioneers counselors,Q City has relatively superior conditions in the construction of young pioneers counselors,but it also faces great opportunities and challenges.Therefore,this paper selects young pioneers counselors in Q city,Hebei province as the research object,using literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,observation method to investigate and analyze the professional affection of young pioneers counselors in this city.First,summarize the domestic and foreign researches on professional affection,and summarize the professional affection of Young Pioneers counselors.Secondly,four dimensions and ten factors were used to prepare a questionnaire on the professional affection of young pioneers counselors to investigate the current situation of the professional affection of Shaoxian counselors.Finally,based on the current situation of the professional affection of young pioneers counselors,this paper analyzes the problems existing in their professional affection,analyzes the reasons from internal and external aspects,and puts forward feasible suggestions.From the level of internal counselors,establish positive professional values and actively pursue professional growth;At the external level,the government should increase the fund investment of Young Pioneers,strive to improve the salary of counselors,improve pre-service training and post-service training,and build a professional team of counselors.At the level of external schools,school management should be improved,humanistic care should be strengthened,and the admission mechanism of counselors should be perfected to help the development of counselors’ affection. |
