The Defects And Countermeasures Of Legislation In Anti-Campus Violence About Juveniles In China

Violence on campus is an act that premeditated threatens the physical,mentality or property of a particular subject in the school and school's reasonable range of radiation.In China,the issue of violence on campus has become one of the hot focus of the community.The campus violence has shown a multiple,deteriorative situation.The factors behind the situation are complex and give farther harm for society.The data show that most of the violence events on campus happened between the ages of fourteen and sixteen,or under the age of fourteen.This paper studies the violence of the campus through the legal perspective,analyzes and explores the contradictions and countermeasures of the anti-campus violence in our country,especially the legislation about the vicious crime of the middle and middle age juvenile delinquents in our country's existing laws and regulations system,enriching the anti-campus violence The theory of legislation research,more importantly,through this study to make up for the lack of law on the prevention and management of violence in the campus,which can legally effectively curb the recurrence of violence in the middle and lower age groups.The research of this paper is from the following four aspects:The first part is about the concept and characteristics of campus violence.This part first explains the definition of campus violence concept and the definition of campus violence concept.Secondly,from the current development of school violence in the school point of view,an overview of the campus violence presented six aspects of the characteristics.The second part is the analysis of the current situation of campus violence in recent years.This part analyzes the situation of campus violence in recent years from the analysis of campus violence in the first half of 2015 and the analysis of the investigation report on the case of campus violence in 2016 Supreme People's Court.The third part is the anti-campus violence in our country about the defects of late adult legislation,this part of the elaboration of China's current violence against the campus there is no specific laws and regulations,the campus violence on the end of adult special legislation caused by the violation of campus violence On the basis of no law enforcement and the intensity of the anti-campus violence on the end of the relevant departments of the law of the defects of the full analysis and demonstration.The fourth part is the countermeasure of perfecting the legislation of anti-campus violence in our country,Specialized anti-campus violence law,how to improve our anti-campus violence on the end of the relevant departments of the law for exploratory analysis and demonstration.
