Research On Public Risk Perception Of Unexpected Social Security Incidences

In recent years,the unexpected social security incidents occur frequently in china,which not only cause many casualties and the loss of property,but also cause the public psychological panic,then affect the mental health of the people.And unexpected social security incidences test the government’s response capacity directly.If not handled properly,it may affect social stability and ignite social panic.Now the study of unexpected social security incidences mainly focuse on the cause of the unexpected social security incidences,the warning systems and the prevention measures about the unexpected social security incidences.The relatedresearch lacks public risk perception of unexpected social security incidences.So it is very important to the construction of emergency management mechanism by the research of public unexpected social security incidences in risk perception.Firstly,combining with the domestic and foreign research results,this paper analysizes the Unexpected Social Security Incidences,public risk perception and the trigger factors related unexpected social security incidences.Sencondly,in order to study public risk perception of unexpected social security Incidences,this study summarizes characteristics and the trigger factors of the public risk perception of unexpected social security incidences,then the public risk perception is divided intorisk events,risk sourse,risk consequencesand risk responsibility.the research hypothesis is put forward.Thirdly,as examples of questionnaire survey among violent terrorist event in Kunming railway station,the status quo of public risk perception on violent terrorist event are described in detail by using a combination of quantitative and qualitative study.Based on the questionnaire analysis,this research analyses the relationship among individual factors,the government behavior factors,media communication factors and subjective value factors to public risk perception of unexpected social security incidences.The paper construct the structure equation model of unexpected social security incidences in public risk perceprtion,by using the software of Amos,and SPSS.Finally according to the analysis result,corresponding suggestions are put forward.
