A Study On The Risk Perception In The Supprt For Elderly Of The First Genneration Of The Only Child And Thier Peers

Family is one of the elements of a complete society,the family happy or not will directly restrict the stability and harmony of society.The child’s uniqueness and non-substitution makes the only child’s family become a risky family,and the family’s pension risk is particularly worrying.This study selected the first generation of the only child and their peers as the research object,reviewed the existing studies and research results,analyzed the characteristics of this group.Based on that,a suitable questionnaire for measuring the pension risk perception of the first generation only children and their peers are developed.In this questionnaire,many variables such as government trust and risk attitude to explore this group’s the risk perception level and the influencing factors are introduced.The study found that the first generation of only children and their peers have a higher level of the pension risk perception.Gender,educational level,health status,type of old-age insurance and child age are all have a significant impact on pension risk perception.Besides,government trust,general risk attitude and health risk attitude are also influence factors.In addition,in the choice of risk aversion measures,the first generation of only children and their peers have a high degree of self-care awareness in the family level.To sum up,this study makes self-avoidance risk as a foothold,encouraging the first generation of only children and their peers to achieve economic,life and mental self-support through economic reserves,change the concept of old age,strengthen physical exercise,cultivate interest and so on.And also,the young parents should pay more attention to the quality of their children rather than the number.At the same time,Government should improve the old-age security system further,pay attention to the role of commercial endowment insurance,and gradually achieve endowment insurance individual accounts.At last,society should keep pace with the times.To achieve pension resource sharing,pension concerns and needs of the youth groups should be paid more attention,And also,the new pension network service model should be innovated and expanded.
