Research On The Rural Cultural Service Satisfaction In County Areas Under The Background Of Rural Rejuvenation

According to the report to the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),the issue of agriculture,rural areas and farmers is crucial to the country’s development as it relates to the country’s economic lifeline and people’s livelihood.On January 2,2018,the central committee of the communist party of China(CPC)formally proposed the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy nationwide in the central document no.1.At the same time,rural cultural revitalization is the proper meaning of rural revitalization.If there is deviation in rural cultural construction,it is difficult for the countryside to have a prosperous and beautiful situation.At the same time,rural cultural service system is the carrier of rural cultural revitalization.Strengthening the construction of the system plays a key role in maintaining the steady development of the countryside.This paper analyzes the rural residents’ satisfaction with rural cultural services from the perspective of public satisfaction.The author constructs the evaluation index from three aspects of rural cultural facilities,service personnel and mass rural cultural activities,analyzes the performance of poor satisfaction of rural cultural services in Jianli County,analyzes the actual cultural needs of rural residents,and then puts forward construction ideas,which provides reference for the government to better improve the local rural cultural services.The main performance of poor satisfaction are unreasonable planning and construction of rural cultural facilities,material and cultural products do not meet the needs of the masses,the operation difficulty of electronic products in the facilities is too high,the professional ability of service personnel is not strong and they do not act in strict accordance with the rules and regulations,the cultural activities lack of innovation and the publicity effect of cultural activities is not good enough.The main reasons for the low degree of satisfaction are the government’s lack of attention to the development of rural cultural services,the lack of investment in cultural funds,the neglect of people’s feelings in the "administrative" service,the lack of service personnel’s ability,and the lag of information publicity mode of cultural activities.the countermeasures to improve the satisfaction should include increasing the investment in cultural services,improving the layout planning of rural cultural facilities,constructing demand-oriented cultural service supply,innovating the content of cultural activities,improving the quality and ability of cultural service personnel and promoting cultural activity information online.
