| The preschool period is an important stage of life development,and good emotional management skills play an important role in the development of preschool children’s behavior,cognitive concepts,and interpersonal communication.As the weakest migrant population,the pre-migrant children’s emotional problems are outstanding and need early attention and intervention.A survey in Y-Kindergarten in Jining found that mobile pre-school children are prone to violence and irritability,weak emotional cognition,poor emotional management,aggressive behavior,weak pro-social behavior,poor social adaptability,and social barriers in communicating with peers.Guided by personality development theory and multiple intelligence theory,using group social work methods to provide professional social work services for mobile preschool children with relatively poor emotional management abilities,so that mobile preschool children can master emotional management methods and enhance emotional management abilities,Improve the ability to discern emotions and interpersonal skills.Through observation and interviews with teachers and parents,the author assesses the needs of mobile pre-school children’s emotional management and finds that the pre-mobile children’s emotional recognition is low and their emotional management ability is poor.The client develops a specific activity plan.The Emotion Management Group has 5 group activities in total,and it can improve the emotional management ability of the client by setting specific situations such as "role play","emotion graffiti" and "emotion connected watching".During the implementation process,by observing and recording the performance of the team members,continuous evaluation and reflection during the process,continuous optimization and adjustment of the content of the group activities,and finally the result evaluation.Through the intervention of group work,mobile pre-school children mastered the methods of emotional management and the ability to discern emotions,and the group goals were basically achieved.Practical research has proved the advantages ofemotional management group work and the necessity of developing social work in kindergartens.In the work of the emotional management team,the parental involvement of the children is insufficient,the social worker intervention skills need to be improved,and the role of the social worker is vague.It needs to be improved in future practical research.The author makes recommendations from four aspects:family,kindergarten,community education,and government: first,focus on family education;second,improve kindergarten education;again,promote community education;and finally,increase government support. |
