| According to the “Status of Children in China 2015: Facts and Figures” jointly released by the National Bureau of Statistics,UNICEF,and UNFPA,about 103 million children in China are affected by the migration,and about 4 out of every 10 children People are directly affected by migration;from 2000 to 2015,the number of migrant children nationwide increased from 19.82 million to 34.26 million,and the proportion of migrant children accounted for 13% of the total number of children.These migrant children are facing both the lack of school education and family education,and various problems have arisen.Related data show that even though urban migrant children can adapt to urban life well in life,they still have psychological cognition.There are some negative emotions due to mobile identity.The sense of loneliness and helplessness is strong.In addition,children are a period of rapid development in human life.During this period,the problem of emotional management affects children’s growth and development.Important.During the internship of X community in Urumqi,this article is based on literature research,questionnaire surveys,participatory observation and other research methods.Migrant children in X community in Urumqi are used as the research object.By understanding their emotional characteristics and existing emotional problems,I found that Emotions such as loneliness,anxiety,and inferiority are common among them,so I hope to cultivate the emotional management of migrant children through the intervention of social work.The author first conducted a needs assessment on the emotional management ability of migrant children in the X community.Based on the needs assessment,he used the method of group work to intervene in the cultivation of migrant children’s emotional management ability.Through six group activities,he understood emotions and expressed emotions.,Controlling emotions,venting emotions,and gradually carrying out group work to improve children’s ability to recognize and identify their emotions,express their emotions,and regulate and vent their emotions.Through comparison before and after measurement,it is found that the team members’ emotional management Ability has been improved,and this group activity has promoted the cultivation of emotional management ability of migrant children.Finally,the practical process of the group’s involvement in the emotional management of migrant children was summarized and reflected. |
