A Study Of The Group Work Intervention Of Self-abased Psychology Floating Childern

A developing number of works arrive in city under the promotion of urbanization,they take their children for better environment and they don't want their children become into left-behind children.These children are called migrant children.According to the sampling survey by the China children's foundation in 2005,we find that the migrant children which under the age of 14 accounted for 18 million and 340 thousand.Today,there are far more migrant children and the number of migrant children is still increasing,these children have many social problems,and theseproblems need attention and efforts to solve in the process of social development.All kinds of problems faced by migrant children can be divided into several aspects,such as educational,medical,psychological,social and other aspects of integrated.The education,medical and social problems can be constrained and protected by laws and regulations,but thepsychological health is the emotional aspects of the performance,this need to be focus and timely counseling,if the psychological problem is not solved,it will be accompanied by a child's life.However,these troubled migrant children live on the brink of the city,at the bottom of society,and they are faced with greater economic pressure and survival pressure due to lack of culture,skills,no fixed work and a stable source of income;or Because of the divorce of parents,family reorganization,interdisciplinary education and other reasons,resulting in family functions can't fully play a role;or because of individual contacts,social support network is weak,resulting in the overall family anti-risk ability is weak.They are in varying degrees of difficult circumstances,the development of inferiority complex,their healthy growth constitutes a great threat to take the power of society to help and solve.And social workers to help others for the concept of professional service personnel,must become a very play a social force.Paper does some research to understand the current psychological status of migrant children and the service provided by the relevantsocial work service agencies according to collects relevant documents.On this basis,we follow the activities of N institutions in Nanjing to participate in their professional service process,under the leadership of professional supervision to carry out various service activities,the use of group work methods to serve the mentally handicapped children's psychological counseling and explore its role.Through the assessment of the effectiveness of services,found that services to a certain extent,improve the growth of struggling children's growth support system,build a harmonious family community environment,to promote their self-confidence to better develop their own self.However,this study found that only a small aspect of the difficulties of migrant children to take professional assistance to its role is minimal,need to consider its growth in the family,school,community and social conditions,consider each child's different development,Targeted relief services,links to social effective resources,a greater degree of service in the plight of migrant children.
