| Emotional management is an important topic in the process of minors’ growth.Children are the golden age of emotional education.It is one of the goals of children’s emotional education and an important content of children’s emotional education to help children form their initial ability of emotional regulation.At the end of 2019,the number of children is more than 200 million.With the frequent occurrence of psychological problems among teenagers,the problems caused by children’s emotional management are gradually exposed and become more and more concerned.However,at present,there is a general lack of attention to children’s emotional problems in the community,and experts from all walks of life have little research on this aspect,ignoring the management of children’s emotions.In particular,suburban children,due to historical and social factors,have become a highly concerned group of the Chinese government and all walks of life.Because they live in a special environment for a long time and lack the care and care of their parents,their emotional management is more worthy of study.This paper analyzes the background and significance of the research on children’s emotional management,puts forward the main problems and theoretical basis of the research,puts forward the research ideas and research methods,and adopts data analysis method,semi-structured interview method,participatory observation method and questionnaire survey method to carry out the research.This paper systematically combs the related literature about emotion management at home and abroad,and reviews and learns the research work about children’s emotion management at home and abroad,the causes of children’s emotion problems,the Countermeasures of children’s and adolescents’ emotion management,and the intervention of social work in emotion management.On the basis of this theory,this paper selects m primary school in Jingdezhen City as the practice object to understand the current situation of children’s emotional management in M primary school,analyzes the causes of poor emotional management and needs assessment of improving emotional management ability,and puts forward the resource analysis,feasibility and necessity of social work intervention.On this basis,the author participated in the establishment of a social working group,drafted the specific objectives of activity planning and emotional management,recruited47 primary school students in M primary school for five years to conduct emotional investigation,and selected 8 of them to carry out group activities.In the course of the activity,the social working group used professional theories and skills to plan six thematic activities,including establishing the group’s consciousness of standardization,establishing the consciousness of the consequences of bad emotions,accepting bad emotions and learning to adjust them,learning to control emotions,learning to express emotions,reviewing and saying goodbye.By playing games,the group helped eight children to understand emotions Manage,establish a sense of standardization,and finally learn to express and manage emotions rationally.Through this group activity,the author found that the eight children not only participate in the enthusiasm,but also get good exercise and growth in the process of emotional management.They have good consciousness and more effective skills on how to control and manage emotions.According to the Panas emotional scale and emotional stability test,8 children have been significantly improved through group activity scores,and the job satisfaction of social work group has reached 94%,which shows that the work of the working group has achieved the expected results and achieved good results.The results of social work group also show that it is necessary and effective for social work to intervene in children’s emotional management.On this basis,the author puts forward some suggestions to further strengthen social work services. |
