Study On The Vocabulary Of ZhanXuan Yan Ji

ZhanXuan Yan Ji is a record of Hong Darong's trip to Beijing in the thirtieth year of the reign of emperor QianLong of the Qing dynasty(1765)as an accompanying member of the delegation of three years of tribute and gratitude.The book process huge,there are more than one hundred and eighty thousand words,the book's contents are very extensive,including food,clothing,living and transporting,standard system of common courtesy,drama and poetry,music,calligraphy and painting,and many other aspects.This paper takes ZhanXuan Yan Ji as the research object,traces and researches some words and phrases in the book.It is divided into five chapters.The main contents are as follows:The first chapter introduces the vocabulary composition of the book.The work not only inherits a large number of ancient Chinese words,but also uses some new words and new meanings that appeared in the Qing dynasty,so it has the significance of the Times.A certain number of religious words can be seen in the works,as well as a small number of manchu words,Mongolian and Chinese words and western words.The author was influenced by his own mother tongue in the process of creation,so there were a large number of Chinese characters created by Koreans according to the word-formation of Chinese in the book.The study of such words can help us understand the Chinese acquisition of Korean literati in the 18 th century.The second chapter analyzes the lexicon of ZhanXuan Yan Ji.There were some variations in Chinese characters when they were introduced to the Korean peninsula,so there were a large number of common characters in the book,and some Chinese alien words appeared in the book.The morpheme position of some words in Chinese is not fixed,so there were many words in the same prime inversion.There are some these kind of words in ZhanXuan Yan Ji,which is one of the characteristics of it.There are some homonyms of Chinese words in the book of ZhanXuan Yan Ji,whose meanings have nothing to do with Chinese meanings or derive from the extension of Chinese meanings.Studying these words can help us analyze the development and evolution of Chinese words.The third chapter summarizes the lexical features of ZhanXuan Yan Ji.ZhanXuan Yan Ji has a wide range of records,flexible vocabulary,solemn and elegant language,among which time words,polite language and idiom allusions can reflect the language characteristics of Chinese and Korean literati.The fourth chapter analyzes the value of the lexicon study of ZhanXuan Yan Ji.Many words not included in the Chinese dictionary can be seen in ZhanXuan Yan Ji,so it is of high corpus value.It records a wide range of contents,to a certain extent,reproduced the social style of China at that time,which has reference value for our study of the history and culture of the Qing dynasty.The conclusion summarizes the vocabulary characteristics and language style of ZhanXuan Yan Ji.
