The thesis first reviews the former second language acquisition theories, make conclusions on the merits and deficiencies of these theories, therefore, according to the second language acquisition theory, make analysis on the Chinese intensive learning books of the different times, with vocabulary, text, grammar and exercise, it proves the importance, feasibility, specific operation mode of the second language acquisition theory on complicating the Chinese books. The purpose of this paper is to study the Chinese intensive learning books, to demonstrate the point deeply that taking the second language acquisition theory into account is the main factor of complicating the Chinese intensive learning books successfully. A book which reflects the second language acquisition theory sufficiently would help the learner conversing the language knowledge to the language skill quickly, even to the language communicating skill, it would help the Chinese language teaching implement the process and achieve the final target of the second language acquisition in the classes. Hope this study could provide some basis information for complicating the Chinese intensive learning books.
