Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Supply Of Public Cultural Services In Wanyuan

Public cultural services are based on social benefits and are not profitable.They provide non-competitive and non-exclusive public cultural products to the public.Public cultural services are led by the government and the society.With the support of public finances,public welfare cultural units are the main backbone,the whole population is the service target,and the basic cultural rights and interests of the people,such as watching television,listening to radio,Reading and reading newspapers and public cultural appreciation are the main contents,providing various public cultural facilities for citizens,and the corresponding operation management system.The Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Public Cultural Services came into effect on March 1,2017,reaffirming the importance of public cultural service construction.This article takes Wanyuan as an example,specifically analyzes the reasons for the problem of public cultural service supply in county-level cities and proposes countermeasures to provide references and help for other county-level cities with similar conditions to promote the construction of public cultural services.The construction of public cultural services in county-level cities is an important part of the overall construction of public cultural services in China.Studying the current supply of Wanyuan's public cultural service construction is conducive to properly handling the contradiction between the growing spiritual and cultural needs of the people and the corresponding insufficient cultural supply in the process of social development.Security is conducive to transforming local cultural industry resources into public cultural industry resources,and is conducive to fully reflecting the important role of public cultural service construction in promoting economic development and social harmony.This paper intends to conduct a large number of social surveys on the current situation of Wanyuan's public cultural service supply.Based on the current situation of Wanyuan's public cultural service supply,a questionnaire survey method,a comparative research method,and an interview method are adopted.Based on the research findings,sufficient first-hand materials are prepared.At the same time,on the basis of preliminary research,further theoretical research is carried out to draw on and analyze the latest research results at home and abroad,improve the level of theoretical research,combine what you have learned with Wanyuan public cultural service supply practice,and conduct comprehensive research.
